1. Orders Placed Directly With Us

This policy applies to all purchases made directly through Vaamams.

When You Can Request a Refund, Replacement, or Exchange

Please contact us if your order has any of the following issues:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: You received a product different from what you ordered.

  • Size or Pattern Mismatch: The item’s size, color, or pattern doesn’t match your order details.

  • Quality or Damage Issues: The product arrived damaged, defective, or not in the expected condition.

  • Missing Items: An item you paid for was not included in your package.

How to Report an Issue (2 Simple Steps)

To help us resolve your concern quickly:

  1. Act Fast: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Call or WhatsApp: Send your order details and clear photos to 8754661656 or email us at vaamamstech@gmail.com.

How We’ll Make It Right

  •  Replacement: We’ll send a replacement for the affected product at no additional cost.

  •  Refund: If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  •  Store Credit: You can also choose store credit for your next purchase — we may even add a small gift as a thank-you for your patience.

2. Orders Placed Through Other Platforms

If you’ve ordered through Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce marketplaces, please follow their respective return/refund process directly through their app or website.

These platforms handle their own payments and logistics — refunds must be initiated from their system.

However, we encourage you to also inform us about the issue so we can ensure product quality improvements.

3. Policy Exclusions

To keep our policy fair, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after the order has shipped.

  • Used or Worn Items: Products that show signs of wear or have been washed.

  • Incorrect Address: Orders returned due to incomplete or wrong shipping information.

  • Late Reporting: Issues reported beyond 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Depending on your payment method, it may take 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account or wallet.
